Pura Luhur Uluwatu is one of seven Balanese sea temples, devoted to Gods of the Seas. The name of this one means “something of divine origin situated on top of the rock”, which refers to its location on the most southern tip of the island ,on a cliff 100 meters above the ocean.
During one day trip you will have a chance to relax and sunbathe on one of the widest beaches in Bali and get ready for a soulful experience when you visit the temple in the afternoon and watch the traditional “monkey dance” ,which is presented at sunset nearby the temple.
