EXCURSIONS I – PURA LUHUR ULUWATU

Pura Luhur Uluwatu is one of seven Balanese sea temples, devoted to Gods of  the Seas. The name of this one means “something of divine  origin situated on top of the rock”, which refers to its location on the most southern  tip of the island ,on a cliff 100 meters  above the ocean.

During one day trip you will have a chance to relax and sunbathe on one of the widest beaches in Bali and get ready for a soulful experience when you visit the temple in the afternoon and watch the traditional “monkey dance” ,which is presented at sunset nearby the temple.

EXCURSIONS II – THE TEMPLES OF BALI

Bali is famous for its breathtaking beaches, various shades of greenery but also for its temples.

During one day you will be able to visit three of them. The first one is Pura Taman Alun, built in 1634,the main hindu temple in Bali. These impressive buildings are located on  the island situated on the river. Another one is Batukau, appointed on the lake in the middle of the island.

On the way back we stop to see Pura Tanah Lot, marvelous temple situated on the ocean, at a spot where you can view  the most stunning sunsets in Bali .Additional attraction is a stroll

in a monkey habitat ,assisted by an experienced guide.

EXCURSIONS III – BALENESE OLIMP AND RISE TERRACES

Apart from the wide sandy beaches and high waves to enjoy surfing, Bali also offers something for your soul as well as visual delights-endless shades of green ,when driving through the rice fields, ones of the most picturesque in the world, and the temples.

We start our trip  with a visit in Ubud and its Taman Kemude Saraswati temple as well as the rice fields on the outskirts of the town. Further, we will move on to the most popular rice terrace in the world near Tirta Gangga, where you may observe the everyday life of a typical Balenese village.

We will end our tour  admiring the volcano Agung, chosen by the Balenese as God’s residence. This is the highest elevation on the island at 3142 meters. Hiking lovers might find it tempting to see it up close but you must be fit and ready to get on the road early in the morning.

LOMBOK MOUNTAIN TOUR – KUMBI

This tour covers an area of the southern slope of Mount Rinjani. You will experience the wonderful nature and local culture of that area; observe how the people live in this region. Further tour stops are: Rice paddies of Narmada; Fruit markets of Sesaot; Segenter Waterfall; Mount Pusuk Monkey Forest and Malimbu Hill.

The tour’s first destination is the rice paddies of Narmada, where you will have the opportunity to discover the area by bicycle.

The tour continues passing the fruit markets of Sesaot to a hidden waterfall in the Kumbi area, the Segenter Waterfall, on the southern slope of Rinjani Mountain. To get there the 4WD car is coming handy as the way there can very muddy. Off-road driving experience at its best. To reach the waterfall and ensuing creek, you will need to have a short climb down from the road side. Proper footwear is recommended. For the little effort you will be rewarded with crystal clear water in the natural pool of the waterfall. You might enjoy a swim in it or just indulge the refreshing surrounding. After lunch, in the afternoon the tour will continue westwards towards the coastline with a stop at Mount Pusuk monkey forest. Then the  tour will move on to Malimbu Hill. A stunning view is awaiting you from a cliff top towards Mount Agung of the Island of Bali. The sun sets and the tour will come to an end with your return to the hotel.

LOMBOK CULTURE TOUR – THE KINGDOM OF LOMBOK

This tour will introduce you to the History of the ancient Kingdom of Lombok. According to the text of Babad Lombok, the eldest kingdom in Lombok Island is Laeq Kingdom (in the Sasak language Laeq means ‘a long time ago’).

Visit Mayura Water Palace of the former Balinese Kingdom, built in 1744. This palace includes the former king’s family temple, a pilgrimage site for Lombok’s Hindus on 24 December.  In 1894 it was the site of bloody battles between the Dutch and Balinese.

Then on to Pura Lingsar, a unique and sacred temple. This large temple compound is the holiest in Lombok. Built in 1714 by King Anak Agung Ngurah, and nestled beautifully in lush rice fields, it’s multi-denominational, with a temple for Balinese Hindus (Pura Gaduh) and one for followers of Lombok’s mystical take on Islam, the Wektu Telu religion. After Lunch the tour continues to the Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) museum, sometimes called “Lombok Museum”. This modern museum has exhibits on the geology, history and culture of Lombok.

 

LOMBOK BEACH TOUR – SELONG BLANAK

Visit South Lombok with its beautiful beaches and stunning coast line. On the way there you will visit a traditional village to observe Lombok’s Art of Pottery making. Then enjoy the beaches with swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or perhaps a surf lesson. A day of great fun is awaiting you.

On the way to South Lombok we visit Penujak village where you can observe the production of the famous Lombok Art of Pottery making..

After that the tour continues on to Kuta Beach and its surrounding beaches. Kuta is probably the best-known place on the south coast is Lombok.

The scenery is spectacular, with cliffs and mountains reaching the coast to create jagged and awe- inspiring landscapes and views. The beaches are some of the best in Indonesia, with pristine white sand, and transparent blue-greens in the water. Kuta has some of the best surfing in the world, so naturally many visitors are surfers. After Lunch the tour continues westwards to more beautiful white sandy beaches. Especially Mawun and Selong Blanak.

Mawun Beach is a part of a bay, horse shoe shaped with two hills in the west and east side, has white sand and soft texture. After sunset, we will return to the hotel.
